Braided polyester line has less stretch than nylon line and lasts longer than twisted line. It is woven in such a way that fraying occurs only on the surface without material loss of strength; when the braided jacket becomes fuzzy, you know it’s time for a replacement. Stretches 5% or less and can be calibrated with indelible marker.
